Chic's Lamb Leg Roast

Our lamb leg roast, sourced from the hindquarter, is a tender and juicy cut ideal for roasting. As it cooks, the outer layer develops a deliciously crisp crust while the inside stays moist and full of rich flavor.

Taste the Difference, our sheep produce a leaner meat with less external fat and marbling and have a milder taste  than commerically available sheep meat. As a hair sheep they do not produce the lanolin that makes the meat gamier and fattier. Hair sheep have a less "muttony" taste.

We believe in happy healthy animals who are never exposed to chemicals like herbacides, pesticides and commercial fertilizers. Better feed equals healthier animals and produces a Chem Free product.
